[RADIATOR] Missing documentation for LogFormatHook in <Log SYSLOG>

Hi Radiator team,

the allowed parameter LogFormatHook in the <Log SYSLOG> clause is 
missing in the documentation.

Additionally: Why is Logformat not supported in <Log SYSLOG> ?
