[RADIATOR] Upgrading - Handlers

Hello to all.

I currently have a really old version of Radiator installed (2.19) and 
I'm going to upgrade it now to the latest release.

Does this handlers work pretty much the same way?

User-Name=/(username-with-calledNumber)\@quiz$/>
*        Identifier                      Identifier1 (example)*
<AuthBy someperlfile.pm>
