[RADIATOR] maxsessions parameter - checking user online intermittent

Hi all,
  I have a Radiator configuration with "SessionDatabase SQL" and "MaxSession 
1"
 My problem is that sometimes access request do the "checking if the user is 
online" but some others not, accepting more than 1 session online from some 
users.
 This is a fragment from my log file (both users go to the same handler with 
maxsessions parameter):

*User NOT checking maxsessions:

My version of radiator is really old (3.15). Is it posible to be a bug solved 
in newer releases?
