(RADIATOR) errors installing 4.2

Hi,

I downloaded Radiator version 4.2 and tried to install it as per http://www.open.com.au:80/radiator/install.html
Step 11, no problems
Step 12, no errors.
Step 13, LOTS of errors when installing. More then the 300 lines that wil fit in my screen buffer. :-(

Something I did wrong or a bug in the Radiator 4.2 code?
As Perl base I've got ActivePerl 5.10.0.build 1002 installled.
System is a Windows 2003 R2 standard server, 1GB memory.

The password.log file has some PASS and FAIL lines that seem ok. But I'm not sure what all the lines should be so I may be mistaken.
However, in the install instructions I then need to check the installation in step 14:
    Run radiator with 
    perl c:\perl\bin\radiusd
The file radiusd does NOT exist. Is seems something did seriously go wrong.
How to proceed?
