Hello Scott,
I have just tested the config file and users file you sent, and they work fine
here.
I notice that you have configured the users file to be ./users, whereas your
earlier tests, the users file was in c:/Program Files/Radiator/users, and
Radiator was installed in c:\Radiatorinstallv4\Radiator-Locked-4.0 . Is the
users file really in the same directory as where you are running Radiator?
I suspect that Radiator is not looking at the files you think its looking at.
Cheers.
