What you are describing is a multi-entity user management system with
external protected access. Radiator itself does not provide such
facilities, although it can be configured to access a database
managed by such a system.

We have a companion product called RAdmin which is a single entity
user management system, although with some work it can be used for
multiple entities. http://www.open.com.au/radmin

We are not sure about the current license - can you give us some more
details. Optus does have a license for Radiator, however we are not
sure if Alphawest would be included in that? What is the legal
entity of Alphawest? Is it a separate legal company from Optus??
Are the servers the software in installed and operating on owned by
Optus or AlphaWest?

We can then clarify the licensing and give you appropriate pricing.

Look forward to your reply.

Regards

Joanne
