(RADIATOR) LEAP isn't working anymore

Hi,
after upgrade from Radiator 3.9 patch 1.348 to patch 1.359 stoped working LEAP.
Configuration which works with 1.348 is attached. Second attached file is log
file from 1.359 which for some reason I don't understand to says that "BAD
password". We are 100% sure that password is ok. Client is Cisco Wireless phone.
Please can be this fixed soon?
