(RADIATOR) LEAP isn't working anymore

Hello Jan,

This seems to have been due to EAP_17.pm (for LEAP) being left out of the 
patch set. It has now been included in the latest patch set, and tests here 
show it working OK.

We apologise for any inconvenience.
