You would do something like this:

	<AuthBy ...>
		.....
		# set session timeout to 4 hours, idle timeout to 10 minutes
		AddToReply Session-Timeout = 14400, \
			Idle-Timeout = 600
	</AuthBy>

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
