(RADIATOR) Prepaid Card System that disconnect every 4 hrs

Hello!           

         I'm kind of new with radiator,Will anyone share their radius configuration wherein it will be use for prepaid card systems, we are planning to market a prepaid card that is unlimited for 7 days (for ex.),of course for prevention of bandwith abuse, I would like to setup the radius that it will disconnect after 4 hrs or even idle time disconnection..
