Hello Rogelio -

This is due to another process already running on the port you are 
trying to use - either another copy of Radiator is already running or 
another radius server. You will need to stop the other process first.

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
