(RADIATOR) Inserting info to SessionDatabase without Accounting

Hello Eli -

No this won't work because Radiator uses the accounting start to insert 
a record into the session database and the accounting stop to remove 
the session record.

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
