(RADIATOR) Inserting info to SessionDatabase without Accounting

Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to work with SessionDatabase without
accounting? I need this for couple of reasons:
1. Upstream authentication doesn't  give me accounting info
2. I want to provide sessions limit for services without acounting
information (various systems logins).
 
I've tried to work with <SessionDatabase DBM> , but regular acces
requests don't update it. I know PostAuth Hooks can do this. 
Any other options?
