(RADIATOR) Problems with BindAddress

Hello Paul -

Further to this I note that there is a patch for Radiator 3.6 that 
addresses something like this:

AuthBy RADIUS could crash if BindAddress was set to multiple 
comma-separated addresses.
Reported by Anthony Stanton.

together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
