(RADIATOR) Problems with BindAddress

Hello Paul -
This seems very strange.
Can you please send me a copy of the configuration file and a trace 4
debug showing what is happening?
I would also like to know what hardware/software platform you are
running on and what version of Radiator, Perl, DBI, DBD, etc.
