(RADIATOR) Duplicate Start stop records problem

Hi

I'm having a problem with getting Duplicate start stop accounting records
for users
 I have increase the DupInterval to 120 and this has stop some of this
happen but not all togther.

My users are Auth ing across and Ethernet network which at time can be busy.

How can I ignor Duplicate records all together ?

I using Radiator with AuthbyEmerald for Platpus
