Hello Justin -

Your client will have to check a low-level PPP trace from the NAS to see what 
the NAS does with the Reply-Message (if anything). If the NAS includes the 
message, then it follows that the dialer can do something with it. If the NAS 
does not include it, then I suspect you are out of luck.
