(RADIATOR) Reply-Message

I know that Window's DUN dialer etc cannot do anything with the Reply-Message, but I'm wondering this:  does that get insert into the PAP ACK/NAK packets?

My client is writing a custom dialer for their services, and they were wondering if maybe we could send a message or give a clearer error message via Radiator to these windows users.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. :)
