(RADIATOR) Expression to Add a realm to a username

Hello Kevin -

You will need to write a PreAuthHook for this Handler, as a simple 
RewriteUsername will not work.

There are some example hooks in the file "goodies/hooks.txt" in the 
Radiator 3.5 distribution.
