I am looking for a script to import a standard UNIX password & shadow
files into a database. I have everything working correctly, but lack
this small piece.

Also, how do I add a perimeter to the configuration file to create a log
of correct and incorrect login attempts. Presently I am converting from
Cistron, which creates a logfile such as the following:

Sun Apr 7 05:14:37 2002: Auth: Login incorrect:
[{?S59MlYu_f-9_>/c!C3?8p\XA] (from nas nas-01.gnwd-noc/S393)
Sun Apr 7 05:14:37 2002: Auth: Login incorrect: [W/&_#gg?i[oa] (from
nas nas-01.gnwd-noc/S393)
Sun Apr 7 05:14:44 2002: Auth: Login OK: [kciscute] (from nas
nas-01.gnwd-noc/S483)
Sun Apr 7 05:14:53 2002: Auth: Login OK: [smferguson] (from nas
nas-01.gnwd-noc/S398)
Sun Apr 7 05:15:01 2002: Auth: Login OK: [sthenson] (from nas
nas-01.gnwd-noc/S611)
Sun Apr 7 05:15:16 2002: Auth: Login OK: [waltlaw] (from nas
nas-01.gnwd-noc/S607)

How is this possible? Thanks in advance.
