[RADIATOR] New Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) attributes (Was: Re: Fwd: An update to a dictionary)

Hi Heikki,

Just be aware that WBA and WFA are not the same organisation. WBA has the
Github repo where they are publishing their dictionaries (thank goodness).
WFA (Wi-Fi Alliance) are apparently exceptionally difficult with their
dictionary. But yeah, I actually forgot to check the wpa_supplicant code
for attributes; given that wpa_supplicant does do HS2.0, it was an inspired
idea to look there! :-)

Looking forward to the updated dictionaries in the next release.
