While loooking for information about the WFA (Wi-Fi Alliance)
attributes, I found the following Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA)
attributes that are used with OpenRoaming and Passpoint:

https://github.com/wireless-broadband-alliance/RADIUS-VSA

WBA uses IANA vendor ID 14122 which has this far been used with WISPr
prefixed attributes, such as WISPr-Location-ID. The Github repository
currently lists both the WISPr attributes and a number of new attributes
that use WPA prefix. The WISPr attributes are numbered from 1 to 11 and
the first WBA-prefixed attribute, named WBA-Offered-Service, is
attribute 12. The old WISPr-* attributes and new WPA-* type numbers
don't overlap but the naming has changed.

I'll see that the new WPA-* attributes get added to the default Radiator
dictionary. The Github repository is from March 2023. It's not clear to
me if there are changes planned to the attributes and their definitions,
but this should get us started.
