[RADIATOR] Some data format / value doesnt work in log configuration

Hi,

I am not able to get any value for %X and %J in AuthLog FILE
configuration format.

Also %m need beter description in actual documentation
from

%m Month number, starting with Jan = 1

to
%m Month number, starting with Jan = 1 with leading 0.
