[RADIATOR] DUO looping after upgrade to 4.22

This is a bit vague; but after upgrading my Radiator to 4.22, I get the 
following messages every few seconds:

Mon Jan 28 15:37:46 2019 552656: DEBUG: AuthBy DUO received response 62: 
200 OK

Trace is on (obviously); but the DUO section in the config was only used 
for testing. Nothing (that I'm aware of) is actually making any queries 
to that AuthBy.
