[RADIATOR] DefineFormattedGlobalVar issues after upgrade to 4.17

Well this seems to be not true except for the session database ?
For example I have the same "%D" for dictionary and there it seems to be working in the same way it did for 4.13 ?

O well I'll go for this for now.. just wanted to check if it was a bug or a feature :)
