[RADIATOR] Reload configuration without restart Radiator RADIUS server

Hello,

Is it possible to reload the Radiator configuration (which is taken from
/etc/radiator/ radius.cfg) without restart the server or signaling SIGHUP?

We are interested in reload the configuration of Handlers and AuthBys.
