MaxTargetHosts is now applicable for AuthBy RADIUS and its sub-types
ROUNDROBIN, VOLUMEBALANCE, LOADBALANCE, HASHBALANCE and EAPBALANCE.

The change is in the latest patches. Please let us know how it works.
