[RADIATOR] WiMAX-MSK & WiMAX Capabilities Problem

Dear All,

i have some problem regarding WiMAX-MSK & WIMAX Capabilities-->
WiMAX-Accounting-Capabilities,

 1) WiMAX ASN want to receive WiMAX-MSK in Access-Accept from Radiator, but
radiator sending different format that has encoded
MS-MPPE-Send-Key/MS-MPPE-Recv-Key

   - how to make radiator just sending WiMAX-MSK attributes? 

2) WiMAX ASN want to receive WIMAX Capabilities-->
WiMAX-Accounting-Capabilities--> Flow-based, but Radiator send with
different value that is IP-Session-based, 
  - how to solve this? 

NB : i used Radiator 4.6
