[RADIATOR] Some Authentication Not Getting Logged

as authentication and accounting are two separate things it is possible that accounting packets are getting firewalled or not generated in the first place.

You might want to check if the missing start/stop records are alle from a specific NAS or specific group of NAS. Might be the configuration has been changed on those devices or a firewall configuration change is dropping accounting packets from those devices.

Something similar to above scenario seems much more likely than radiator selectively dropping accounting for random users.
