Hello Patrik,

the current patches now have this change.

2012-04-20 ServerTACACSPLUS.pm tacacsplusserver.cfg
    Server TACACSPLUS now honours DefaultRealm from the Client
    clause that matches the incoming request. If defined in the
    Client clause, it willl override any DefaultClient defined
    in the Server TACACSPLUS clause.
