There are AuthBy OTP, RSAMOBILE, RSAAM and DIGIPASS and examples for all
in goodies/ directory. For example goodies/rsaam.cfg describes the
OnDemand policy with a detailed example. Another example in
goodies/radmin_otp_internode.cfg is for OTP with Ineternode's SMS gateway.

A search for SMS in goodies/ directory will bring up all examples.
