Hi Heikki and Martin,

Thanks for your comments, I will take a deeper look at what might be going 
on, and will report back anything relevant.

And thanks to my worthy colleague Alan for gently reminding me not to be 
lazy and to read the source (my excuse is that I was trying to be off on 
holiday when the issue came to light :).
