the joy of RADIATOR is you have the code.  in EAP.pm theres this

"Handling with EAP: code $code, $identifier, $length, $type"

where $type is the EAP type/class - you've got something very nasty/wierd
hatss getting to your RADIUS server - incrementing value thats trashing
the wrong EAP attribute??  

I'd recommend a simple pre-handler hook in PERL to print out the
client IP, CSI, user-name and EAP type to see what/where this is coming from
