[RADIATOR] Upgrade to 4.6 caused me problems

With reference to the problem I observed when upgrading to 4.6, where 
special character %N (ref: "The NAS-IP-Address in the current request (if 
any)") is printed "raw"

Anyway, I didn't manage to get a cut-down config and trace 5 debug sorted, 
but I have just tried replacing "%N" with "%{NAS-IP-Address}" instead, and 
it prints the IP address correctly.  I glanced at the code for &getNasId, 
then decided I had more pressing concerns ...
