Hello Charles -

You can return a "Reply-Message = ....." reply attribute and set "RejectHasReason" in the Realm or Handler.

Whether or not this is displayed to the end user is another matter however.

See section 5.17.23 in the Radiator 4.6 reference manual ("doc/ref.pdf").

NB: 

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/radiator)?
