[RADIATOR] Case insensitive username matching?

I suggest something external to Radiator (like a cron job) to periodically scan the file and lowercase the usernames.

NB: 

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/radiator)?
