As mentioned in my previous email:

	perl radpwtst -noauth -noacct -s n.n.n.n -secret blah -code Change-Filter-Request User-Name=whatever Message-Authenticator=xxxxx .....

where "….." are whatever attributes your NAS equipment expects in this type of request.
