[RADIATOR] Radiator performance

Hi,

I'll do this test, that's good to know where exactly the problem is.

But even if it's SOAP endpoint's issue, it doesn't solve the problem. Doesn't Radiator supposed to queue requests or something? The worst thing I can expect is losing/dropping/not processing requests.
