[RADIATOR] RADSEC error after upgrade from Radiator 4.3.1 to Radiator 4.4

Hello Alan -

We only release patch sets between releases (ie. no "minor" releases).

Its quicker for us and its easier for customers to apply and manage.

Not everyone needs all patches and some patches are "beta" code for  
testing.

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
