Hello Ravi -
You should never apply patches directly to a running system.
You should set up a test environment and apply patches there - then
you should test thoroughly.
You will find all the patches for all versions of Radiator in the
patches area of the web site:
patches-3.17.tar.gz
However, I strongly suggest you upgrade to Radiator 4.4, rather than
patch Radiator 3.17.

NB:
Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
Have you searched the mailing list archive (www.open.com.au/archives/radiator)?
Have you had a quick look on Google (www.google.com)?
Have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets),
together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
