[RADIATOR] radonline less that actual user connected

Dear All,

 

I'm using radioator to authenticate my users.

Currently the radonline table is recording only 5000 users, while there are
17000 users connected into the NAS.

Anyone have any idea of why the numbers are not equal? And how to solve the
problem?
