The DNS resolution is performed at startup.

You can use either a ClientListSQL or ClientListLDAP with a  
RefreshPeriod to periodically re-read a list of Client devices.

See sections 5.6 and 5.7 in the Radiator 4.2 reference manual ("doc/ 
ref.pdf").
