(RADIATOR) installing Win32::Daemon

Install an older version of Perl (5.6) and it should work fine. I'm
not entirely familiar with the Perl packaging system but I figured the
http://www.roth.net/perl/packages/win32-daemon.ppd file found here
didn't have the relevant entry for the latest version of Perl (5.10.0)
- I'm sure that could be bodged, but I didnt try.
