(RADIATOR) Multiple AuthBy and AddToReplyIfNotExist

Hello Vangelis -

AddToReply only operates on a successful authentication, therefore  
you are correct in what you describe below.

Of course you should always do some testing in the lab to make sure.

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
