[RADIATOR] Some notes to <authby rsaam>

Hi,

I have been testing rsa authentication manager 7.1 using radiator 
4.3.1+latest patches as radius-server.
I have two notes about radiator:

1.  UsernameMatchesWithoutRealm doesn't work.
If this is enabled it doesn't give any error to log but it doesn't do 
anything.
At least I think that this feature could be useful.

2. If there is EAP MSCHAP-V2 enabled in TTLS or PEAP it will grant 
access if user gives empty password.
Here is trace 4 from that case as attachment.
Client is nokia n810 internet tablet.
