Hi
I've added 127.0.0.1 to hosts file and the make test works fine now,
localhost only had IPv6 loopback in for some reason.

Hello Kevin -
On this topic - it appears that this can happen if "localhost" is not
defined in the hosts table, which is why specifying "127.0.0.1" works
and "localhost" doesn't.
