(RADIATOR) Empty string attribute ... and some extra VSAs

Hello Jose -

Thanks for pointing this out - the change was made to stop warnings  
about empty attributes.

Mike and I will discuss and let you know the outcome.

NB:

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
