(RADIATOR) backoff timer

Hello Carlos -

What you see below is normal, as Radiator continues to process RADIUS  
requests and log the debug messages.

You will see this message which indicates there has been a problem  
accessing the database:

> SQL database. Request is ignored. Backing off for 30 seconds

so all accesses to the database for 30 seconds will be ignored...

Radiator will attempt to contact the database again after the expiry  
of the backoff period.

NB:

Have you read the reference manual ("doc/ref.html")?
