o.k. version 3.16  is working. I've got cert checking off at the moment, but the damn thing has authenticated, so it's a step in the right direction.

There was a note concerning Windows Vista in the 3.16 release notes. 
Or maybe you should look at the latest patches for the 3.15.

Anyway, I will be interested by the results of your tests.

Know this is a bit quick off the mark, but having just installed the official release of vista on a test system I'm finding that wired dot1x authentication doesn't work (no wireless card so can't test that side of things).

My current radiator setup works quite happily for the XP, Meetinghouse / Cisco and Odyssey and apple mac  supplicants for eap-peap /eap-mschapv2 

Network wise the vista machine is on the same switch as all the other dot1x systems in my office.

So, anyone tried this out there?
