(RADIATOR) Win32-Lsa module missing from website?

Greetings,

I'm building a new production server for RADIATOR (Windows 2K-based) and had
problems installing the LSA module (Win32-Lsa.ppd) from the url given in the
docs (http://www.open.com.au/radiator/free-downloads/Win32-Lsa.ppd).  When I
hit that url from a web browser, I got a single line of text "Perl extension
for Windows..."  Where'd that module go?
